Provide comprehensive dental hygiene and preventative periodontal services to patients at the Pawnee Indian Health Center. Responsibilities include performing prophylaxis, administering local anesthetics, and educating patients on oral health disease prevention.
Candidates must have completed an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program and hold a valid, unrestricted state license to practice. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with Native American/Alaska Native communities are required.

Completion of a course of study in dental hygiene accredited by the American Dental Association as evidenced by a degree or certification. A valid current and unrestricted license to practice dental hygiene in a State of the United States of America.
May be required to work after hours and weekend clinic to meet the needs of the communities we serve. Shall maintain standards of personal hygiene and grooming such that his/her image as a physician is compatible with the expectations of the on-site supervisor. Shall be required to develop familiarity and abide by current policies, procedures, by-laws, and regulation of the on-site clinical and medical staff. Excellent written and oral communication skills Shall possess sufficient initiative, interpersonal relationship skills and social sensitivity such that he/she can relate constructively to patients of the Native American/Alaska Native communities.
