RN include but are not limited to: Triage patients quickly and accurately, assessing and prioritizing needs Work collaboratively with doctors, Advanced Practice Providers and other healthcare team members to provide exceptional patient care Communicate effectively, with all members/ departments of the healthcare team Provide evidenced based care to patients of all ages utilizing the nursing process Perform ordered diagnostic testing Administer medications as ordered Evaluate patient response to intervention/therapy based upon expected outcomes. Manage multiple patients simultaneously, prioritizing patient needs continually Delegate tasks appropriately Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Provide discharge and follow up education, and instructions to patients Comply with all legal and safety requirements at all times Attend all required training and continuing education
