Provide physical therapy assistance to the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist by administering treatment programs and performing therapeutic procedures. Responsibilities include assessing patient health, documenting care services, and instructing patients on therapeutic regimens.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold a valid PA license. Candidates should have a passion for women's pelvic health and the ability to pass the state or national physical therapy exam.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office and hospital environment. When the primary supervising physician is unavailable, alternate supervision will be performed by a substitute supervising physician who will meet all requirements as outlined in the legal regulations. Immediate access via telecommunications is always available. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand: walk: use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, balance, stoop, and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. TRAVEL: No travel required. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program State license or certification Must pass a state-administered exam or the National Physical Therapy Exam administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy Experience with an EMR is a plus.
