The role involves conducting clinical screenings and providing brief therapeutic case management for immigrant youth and families. The navigator connects clients to mental health and substance use services while reducing barriers to care through advocacy and resource coordination.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and possess at least two years of direct service experience with youth. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Help immigrant youth and families access the mental health and substance use services they need to thrive. As a Bilingual Youth Clinical Care Navigator, you will guide families through systems of care, reduce barriers to services, and connect youth with resources that support their wellbeing and long-term success.
In this role, you will provide bilingual Spanish-speaking brief therapeutic case management, connect families to community resources, and help address barriers such as language, cultural differences, technology access, and unmet basic needs. Through culturally responsive support and advocacy, you will help youth and families successfully engage in services and achieve healthier outcomes.

This position has a starting salary range in the low 60s and is a hybrid role.
