The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients within their homes on an intermittent basis. All care is delivered according to physician orders and a specific plan of care under clinical supervision.
The candidate must be a Registered Nurse capable of working independently in residential settings. They must be able to follow physician orders and clinical management directions.
A Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
