Provide personalized care and hygiene assistance to clients according to their specific Plan of Care. Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintain strict infection control and confidentiality protocols.
Candidates must hold a current CNA or HHA certification and be CPR/First Aid certified. Physical ability to lift and transfer patients, including experience with Hoyer lifts, is required.
