What to expect as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Provide hands-on assistance to patients during exercises and activities. Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the supervising physical therapists. Assist in educating patients and their family members. Maintain and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas. Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population. Ensure patients understand and follow through with prescribed plans.

Qualifications

Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. 2-3 years of experience BLS required. Your next move:
