Provide in-home support services for foster parents and children within the Therapeutic Foster Care program. Manage a caseload of 15-18 clients, maintain documentation in electronic records, and collaborate with biological families, schools, and courts.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or a related human services field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably two years of relevant experience in social work or adoption are required.
SAFY is seeking a full-time Case Manager I for our Louisville division in Kentucky.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing in-home support services for foster parents and children. This position is for our Therapeutic Foster Care program.
