The Medical Assistant is responsible for preparing patients for visits, documenting vitals, and assisting providers with clinical procedures. They act as the coordinator of care for patients before, during, and after their office visits.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program or hold an LPN license. Knowledge of healthcare laws, HIPAA regulations, and back-office clinic skills is required.
