This travel - temporary assignment is for a PT who will work in an outpatient department within a hospital setting, with primary emphasis on outpatient therapy and a smaller component of LTC/Skilled Swing tasks. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with a strong possibility for extension. Housing is not included; a list of housing options can be provided upon request.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient hospital setting, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and return to activity
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs, self-management, and safety to support ongoing progress
• Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust plans to meet functional goals
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes clearly in the medical record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure consistent communication

Requirements

• Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
• Ability to perform PT duties in an outpatient hospital setting with occasional LTC/Skilled Swing tasks
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfort working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Eligibility to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and to travel to Baker, MT for the duration of the contract
