Shift

4x10 Days. The Cardiovascular/Interventional Laboratory provides services including cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement, venography, cardiac pacemaker insertions, and a variety of non-vascular interventional procedures. Both inpatient and one-day outpatient services are performed in this interventional lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization and angiography procedures
• Perform or support peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement and venography
• Support cardiac pacemaker insertions and a variety of non-vascular interventional procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile field, equipment, contrast administration, and patient monitoring during procedures
• Document procedures, patient status, and results; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with interventional physicians, nurses, and support staff to maintain workflow and patient care

Requirements

• 2 years cath lab experience (required)
• Cardiac experience preferred; IR experience preferred
• ARRT acceptable; RCIS preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to work in an inpatient and outpatient interventional lab setting
• Licensure: per state requirements (not specified in job notes)
