As a Locum MD/DO, you will provide comprehensive medical care, manage patient histories, conduct physical exams, and develop treatment plans tailored to our diverse patient population. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing patient care and follow-up treatment Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care Educate patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle choices Respond to medical emergencies in a timely and professional manner Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of services Stay updated with medical best practices and emerging healthcare trends

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state of California Previous experience in primary care or a related field preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to handle diverse patient needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Flexibility to adapt to various clinical situations

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Daily Volume: Up to 10 per day, including some possible telehealth appointments

Will treat chronic medical problems such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, degenerative arthritis, depression, congestive heart failure, angina, and pain

EMR: CPRS

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
