Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions with clients Complete psychosocial evaluations and clinical intake notes Identify client needs and create treatment goals that are realistic and measurable Provide counseling for common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment issues, and emotional regulation Keep client records current and compliant with documentation standards Review client progress and update treatment plans as needed Maintain a professional and secure remote therapy environment Communicate clearly with clients regarding treatment expectations, goals, and follow-up care Practice within Virginia counseling regulations and telehealth standards Active Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC license in Virginia Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Experience providing counseling or psychotherapy to adults, families, or individuals Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong written documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote clinical environment Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in virtual care $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote work setting Stable full-time schedule Bring your counseling experience into a remote role built for focused client care.
