The Placement Coordinator identifies and secures the least restrictive placements for children exiting state hospitals and acute care facilities. They manage the match process, maintain relationships with foster parents and agencies, and ensure all regulatory documentation is completed.
A bachelor's degree in Human Services is preferred, along with two years of experience working with children or families. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and pass multiple comprehensive background and registry clearances.
