About this role As a Surgical RN at Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience.
Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and a dedicated care team, you will help ensure safe, high-quality care rooted in empathy amplified.

Key responsibilities Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
Provide competent, patient-centered nursing interventions and education.
Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care plan updates accurately.
What you will need Associate degree in Nursing.
Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
Current BLS, ACLS and PALS, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively and support patient and family-centered care.
