Direct Support Professional- Full Time

What You’ll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide hands-on support in one of our group homes. You’ll help individuals with daily routines, personal care, social activities, and more, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy.

A Typical Day Might Include

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, meals, as needed) Encouraging independence and community involvement Supporting health needs and appointments Helping with household tasks Building strong, trusting relationships Keeping clear, accurate documentation Create a safe, positive, encouraging atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (experience in similar settings a plus!) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle Strong communication, patience, and a team-player attitude Comfort with physical activity (lift up to 40 lbs., bending, walking, etc.) Willingness to learn Safety-Care and behavior support techniques
