• Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Residential team.
• In this role, you’ll be a key part of an interdisciplinary team supporting the health and well-being of the individuals we serve.
• You will coordinate and monitor medical services, administer medications, provide staff training, and maintain vital relationships with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• What You’ll Do · Provide medical care, training, and oversight in residential settings · Monitor medications and maintain accurate health records · Coordinate services with medical professionals and families · Assist with the training of agency staff in areas such as medication administration, CPR/First Aid, and Safety Care · Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and safety initiatives · Maintain compliance with state regulations and agency policies What We’re Looking For · Graduate of an accredited school of nursing · Current Rhode Island Nursing license · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Ability to travel between sites using your vehicle · Comfortable lifting at least 25 pounds and assisting with client transfers · Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Why Join Us At Trudeau, we believe in dignity, respect, and meaningful support for the individuals we serve—and for the professionals who serve alongside them.
