The Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapy services, including patient evaluations and the development of treatment and discharge plans. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and contributing to overall case management.
Candidates must be licensed therapists capable of adhering to state regulations concerning occupational therapy. The role requires the ability to maintain positive interactions with patients and staff within senior resident facilities.
