Assist in managing anesthesia cases while collaborating with board-certified specialists and VTS technicians Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures alongside each surgeon Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates Execute, monitor, and recover assigned sedation and anesthetic events Assist with operating room duties as a nurse and scrub-in technician during orthopedic surgeries Provide comfort, advocacy, and high-quality nursing care for every patient
Experienced Veterinary Technician, Vet Tech, CVT, RVT, or LVT preferred Anesthesia, surgery, specialty, emergency, or critical care experience preferred Strong patient monitoring, technical, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced specialty veterinary environment Fluent English speaking and reading skills required Did you know?
