• H2 Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Prime Living team.
• The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or eligible for state license.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, but not required.
• Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $30.00 - 35.00 per visit.
