Direct the treatment and long-term management of diverse health conditions for patients in rural nursing home sites. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment options and community resources to improve health literacy.
Requires a Master's degree in Nursing and valid Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse credentials from the Texas Board of Nursing. BLS and DEA certifications are preferred.
