The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with physical impairments to improve strength, balance, and overall function. They develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care in home settings.
Candidates must hold a DPT or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, a valid Connecticut state license, and BLS certification. Experience in home health, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is preferred.
