The RN Triage nurse assesses patients to identify health, safety, and educational needs while evaluating responses to interventions. They facilitate continuity of care through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and an active Minnesota RN License. At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience and some background in patient education and disease management are required.
