Candidates must pass a drug screening, TB test, and DOJ fingerprint clearance. CPR and First Aid certification are required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Community Living Instructor (CLI) (Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities) A Bright Future, Inc. specializes in supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes and communities. We are currently hiring Part-Time Community Living Instructors (CLIs) for the following locations, schedules, and availability needs: Current Openings: Brentwood Part-time Fridays only Position Overview Community Living Instructors (CLIs) provide direct care, instruction, and supervision to individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on teaching independent living skills, supporting daily routines, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of participants both at home and in the community. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support in home and community settings Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks Support community integration, appointments, errands, and recreational activities Encourage independence, communication, and social development Monitor safety and follow individualized support plans Complete daily documentation and communicate with supervisors as needed
