Provide direct, one-on-one support and instruction to individuals with disabilities to help them develop independent living and social skills. Monitor participant health, safety, and well-being while maintaining accurate documentation of daily services and progress.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a drug screening, and obtain a Department of Justice fingerprint clearance. A genuine passion for caregiving is required, and CPR/First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
