The Community Living Instructor provides direct care and instruction to individuals with disabilities to help them develop independent living skills. They also support participants in community activities and ensure their health, safety, and well-being through consistent monitoring and documentation.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification. Applicants must also pass a drug screening and a Department of Justice fingerprint clearance.
Minimum Requirements 18 years of age or older Drug Screening CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire) Negative TB test Department of Justice fingerprint clearance (prior to employment) Genuine passion for caregiving and supporting individuals with disabilities Training Provided No prior experience required Mandatory paid training will be provided before working independently with participants Ongoing support and supervision available Compensation $19.15 per hour Why Join A Bright Future?
