Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, coordination, cognition, mobility, and daily function.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current Connecticut Occupational Therapist license.
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience in outpatient rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic care, hand therapy, Parkinson's disease, dementia care, or geriatrics is preferred but not required.

Compensation
The pay range for this position $85,000 to $100,000 annually and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
