The clinician is responsible for producing comprehensive clinical assessments for newly committed youth to determine appropriate levels of care. They also provide clinical support, facilitate therapeutic groups, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams within the Southeast Region.
Requires a Master's degree in a clinical discipline and eligibility for LMHC or LCSW/LICSW licensure in Massachusetts. Candidates should have experience with adolescents, knowledge of DBT/CBT, and proficiency in clinical documentation using APA format.

Justice Resource Institute (JRI) supports the Department of Youth Services (DYS) by placing qualified Clinical Directors and Clinicians in their Northeast, Central, and Southeast programs. This position is based on the DYS Southeast Campus in Taunton, MA.
The pay range for this position is $63,000 to $68,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
Additionally, this role will provide clinical support to the DYS programs, when needed, throughout the Southeast Region. The Clinician will work with program management teams to provide stable and supportive environments for youth. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, facilitating groups (such as DBT and substance use) and assisting with clinical case management including assistance with intakes of new residents. Clinical supervision is provided and licensure supported.
