Responsibilities

Provide remote psychotherapy services to Indiana-based clients Work with individuals, couples, and families on concerns related to relationships, communication, stress, conflict, and emotional health Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment priorities Help clients understand relationship patterns and build healthier coping and communication skills Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and required clinical records Use secure telehealth tools while protecting client confidentiality Refer clients to outside providers, crisis services, or higher levels of care when clinically appropriate Participate in routine communication with the care team or administrative staff as needed Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Indiana Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field Must be able to practice independently in Indiana Prior experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions $115,000–$120,000 per year Full-time position Remote / telehealth work setting Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Full benefits package If you are ready to continue your LMFT career in a remote position that values quality clinical care and a steady professional structure, we would be glad to review your interest.
