The Pharmacy Technician fills routine orders for unit doses and prepackaged pharmaceuticals under close supervision. Responsibilities include counting, packaging, and labeling unit doses for pharmacist inspection.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and pass the National Pharmacy Technician exam and State Pharmacy Certification. Strong communication and analytical skills are required to ensure accurate medication preparation.
