The BNA Navigator provides support and resources to individuals and families to help them access food, housing, healthcare, and financial assistance. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, managing data in the HMIS system, and building relationships with community partners.
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services is preferred, though equivalent experience is considered. Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desired to effectively communicate with diverse populations.

This role requires a compassionate and proactive approach to help clients access essential services related to food, housing, healthcare, and financial assistance. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, enabling effective communication with diverse populations.

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Strong organizational and time management skills. Fluent in Spanish and English preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Expectations Uphold and promote CCPC’s mission, vision, and values.
