Administer medications and treatments while following doctor's orders and individual care plans for people with disabilities. Provide routine medical care, respond to emergencies, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with DDS and DPH regulations.
Must hold a current professional LPN license in Massachusetts and possess MAP, First Aid, and CPR certifications. A valid driver's license is required, with preferred experience in mental health, developmental disabilities, or Alzheimer's care.

LPN's must be willing to travel within the Middlesex area; Framingham, Waltham, Lexington, Marlboro and Westboro.
The pay range for this position is $56,160 to $60,320 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
