The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages, designing and implementing personalized plans of care. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, conducting therapeutic treatments, and documenting patient progress in the EMR.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients of all ages. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.
