Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients Evaluate and treat medical emergencies in a timely manner Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records Participate in ongoing education and training programs Monitor and manage patient flow within the emergency department Communicate effectively with patients and their families Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards

Requirements

M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Emergency Medicine Active medical license in the state of practice Previous experience in an emergency medicine setting Strong clinical skills and sound judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments Commitment to continuous professional development Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

Schedule: 24-hour shifts

Call required

Daily Volume: 25-30 patients

Annual Volume: ~9,800 patients

Manages high-acuity patients, including life flights

Support Staff: Hospitalist

Must be board-certified

Paid travel and expenses
