As a Hospitalist, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment and support during their hospital stay. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care for hospitalized patients Conduct patient assessments, exams, and treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Manage patient caseloads and ensure continuity of care Document patient information accurately in electronic health records Communicate effectively with patients and their families Participate in quality improvement initiatives Stay updated on medical best practices and innovations

Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in Florida Experience in hospital medicine or relevant clinical settings Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and priorities Proficient in electronic health record systems

Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts

Must be board-certified
