Direct Support Professional Hiring Event! • Event Date

Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: 950 Slater Rd, New Britain, CT

Hiring for

Day Programs (Monday - Friday, 35 to 40 Hours per week)

Employment Programs (Monday - Friday, 35 Hours per week)

Residential programs (24-hour care
full‑time
Part‑Time
Per Diem
Flexible schedules, including 3–4 day workweeks!)

Walk‑in career fair — on‑the‑spot interviews!
✔ Walk‑ins welcome from 1 PM – 6 PM
✔ Hiring managers on-site for immediate interviews

Completing the application ahead of time allows our team to have your information ready so your interview can begin shortly after you arrive.

What you’ll do as a dsp
Support individuals with daily living activities
Encourage independence, skill‑building, and community involvement
Assist with medication administration and transportation
Complete documentation and maintain a safe environment
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

Requierments
Ability to support individuals with varying needs
Valid CT driver’s license required
High school diploma or equivalent required
