The Medical Coordinator manages referrals to specialty providers and assists with scheduling and attending medical appointments for residents. They also support delegated nursing care and ensure the medication room is organized and well-stocked.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. One year of related experience is preferred, along with a passion for helping others.
