Job description

3 West – Advanced Medical – Registered Nurse - PRN\n\n * 3 West – 30-bed unit; primary focus – advanced Medical/Surgical and stroke\n * Individualized orientation program with knowledgeable preceptors focuses on\n clinical skill development and enhancement of professional role within the\n Med-Surg environment.\n * PRN - will need to work a min of 24 hours off shift per 6-week schedule\n * 12-hour day/evening/night\n * Weekend and Holiday as needed\n * Shift and Weekend Differential Eligibility\n\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for implementing, directing\nand coordinating the care of patients through the use of the nursing process:\nassessment, planning implementation and evaluation. Included is recognition and\ntreatment of the physical and psychosocial changes unique to the age/population\ngroup served on the specific unit.
