Qualifications

• Education/Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or a Health-Related Field such as Health Education, Child Maternal Health, or Public Health is required. 2 years of related experience is preferred. Experience conducting home visits with a similar population is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Licensure/Certifications

• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurable by the agency’s current insurance carrier.
• Other Requirements
• Must successfully clear Level II Background Screen
• Must possess an acceptable driving record and have reliable transportation

Knowledge, skills & abilities

• Excellent knowledge of community resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Effective public speaking skills
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment as needed
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Ability to lift 10-25 pounds
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and a moderate noise level
• Ability to independently complete job duties within required time frames
• Knowledge of family and systems theory
• Knowledge of obstetrics, pediatric health, and health care systems preferred

Repetitive motion is also required.
