Provide physiatry services within a hospital-based clinic focusing primarily on an outpatient practice model. Manage a diverse and complex patient population across various facilities, including Level I and II Trauma Centers.
Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with an active Michigan Medical License and DEA registration. Previous experience in the field is strongly preferred.
