This Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing bedside care and comprehensive assessments to patients in both home care and long-term care (LTC) settings. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care to individuals with terminal illnesses during the final stages of life, typically within the last six months. The ideal candidate must be flexible and willing to travel throughout the North Region of Hospice of Cincinnati. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional who is efficient, highly organized, and committed to providing high-quality, holistic, and spiritually supportive care to patients and their families.
