Salary
$25 - $38 / HOUR
Provide high-quality direct nursing care to acutely and chronically ill patients in their homes according to physician prescriptions. Document patient visits thoroughly in electronic medical records and coordinate care with the healthcare team and families.
Must hold a current and unrestricted LPN license in California and possess a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle. Requires at least one year of professional nursing experience as an LPN.

Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in state of California Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation One year prior professional nursing experience as an LPN
