The LPN/LVN is responsible for performing patient assessments, initiating nursing interventions, and providing age-appropriate care. They must also maintain accurate medical documentation and manage the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
Applicants must hold a current state LPN license and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 14 days of hire. One year of experience is preferred.
