The Case Manager serves as a Skills Trainer Specialist providing behavioral health support to youth and families through role modeling and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, treatment planning, and delivering services in home and community-based settings.
A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or a related human services field is required for QMHP credentialing. Experience requirements vary by level from zero to two years in behavioral health case management, along with a valid Texas driver's license.
