About the Role

  • The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) at Stallings Court Nursing & Rehabilitation plays a critical role in supporting the healthcare team by safely administering medications to residents in accordance with established protocols and regulatory standards.
  • This position ensures that each resident receives the correct medication at the prescribed times, contributing directly to their health, comfort, and overall well-being.
  • The CMA collaborates closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor residents for any adverse reactions or changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to ensure timely interventions.
  • Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate medication records and adhering to strict confidentiality and safety guidelines.
  • Ultimately, the CMA helps to enhance the quality of care provided within the facility, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification as required by state regulations.
