The Clinical Dietitian provides nutritional expertise to medical staff, patients, and families by assessing nutrition status and managing nutritional care plans. This role involves educating various stakeholders and integrating data to deliver medical nutrition therapy to promote positive nutrition outcomes.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and maintain current Louisiana State Licensure or be eligible for registration through the Commission of Dietetic Registration. Certification in Adult Malnutrition is required, along with proficiency in computerized data entry and strong critical thinking skills.
