What You’ll Be Doing 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ Administer medications and injections (Five Rights ✔️) Provide hands-on nursing care (wound care, g-tube feedings, colostomy care, insulin) Monitor vitals, infections, and neurological status Support individuals with daily living activities Attend medical appointments and advocate for clients De-escalate behavioral episodes using CPI techniques Document care and celebrate progress 🎉 Join community outings like beach days, hikes, and fun activities What We’re Looking For 🌟 Active California LVN License 1+ year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities Current CPR/First Aid & CPI 21+ years old with a valid CA Driver’s License A caring heart, positive attitude, and team spirit 💪 Perks & Benefits 🎁
