• What you'll do: Perform skilled evaluations and deliver individualized speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing interventions Create and update patient-centered treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to support exceptional outcomes Complete clear, accurate documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards Contribute to departmental initiatives and maintain productivity expectations
• What you bring: Current Montana Speech-Language Pathology license (or obtained by hire date) Current HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information with professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn additional software systems.
