The Speech Language Pathologist develops, implements, and revises individualized speech therapy programs based on comprehensive patient assessments. They ensure therapy services are delivered competently and efficiently while maintaining documentation according to regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must have a current Montana Speech/Language Pathology license or be a graduate of an accredited program with the ability to obtain the license within 30 days of hire. A minimum of two years of experience in the assigned specialty area is preferred, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
