The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers therapy services focused on improving functional performance in activities of daily living (ADLs). Key duties include fabricating adaptive equipment, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and supervising COTAs.
Candidates must possess a current, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapy license and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, along with current BLS certification. Experience working with adult and geriatric patients is preferred, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.

Current, unrestricted Texas Occupational Therapy license. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current BLS certification. Experience working with adult and geriatric patients preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills.
