The LVN provides direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision, supporting patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Essential duties include administering medications, assisting physicians with procedures, monitoring patient conditions, and educating patients and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited vocational nursing program and hold a current Texas LVN license along with a current BLS certification. A minimum of one year of general nursing experience is preferred, along with strong clinical and communication skills.

This role supports patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program. Current Texas LVN license. Current BLS certification required. Experience & Skills Minimum of one year of general nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic health records (EHR). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods. May require lifting or assisting patients and equipment.
